Neema Devi Kala Public School was opened in 1982 by Shri. Harsh Prakash Kala in memory of his beloved mother Late Smt. Neema Devi Kala Ji at Roorkee. Coming from a humble background Shri Harsh Prakash Kala Ji realized the need and importance of quality and disciplined education in making of modern and intellectual society. Ambitious in his zeal and benevolent in his approach he set out at a very young age to fulfil his mission of a value based education that would cater to all segments of society. A visionary man and educationalist Shri Harsh Prakash Kala was motivated and constantly inspired to achieve his nascent dream by Mrs Kusum Kala who shared his vision of efficient and affordable education.
